Menstruation and Ovulation Study: A Women's Health Research

Dr. Jui is currently helping the Centre for Menstrual Cycle and Ovulation Research (CeMCOR) of UBC and the Vancouver Coastal Health Research Institute to invite participants in a one month menstrual cycle study conducted by Dr. Jerilynn Prior, an internationally-respected scientist and professor of endocrinology at UBC.

Complementary Therapy Decision Making Processes of Advanced Cancer Patients

Dr. Jui has been contacted by the UBC School of Nursing to help recruit participants in a joint research study conducted by UBC and the BC Cancer Agency to understand cancer patients' information needs and decision making about complementary therapies.

If you have been diagnosed with advanced cancer of the GI system (ie: colon, pancreas), cancer of the GU system (ie: bladder, prostate), lung or ovarian cancer and use complementary therapies, you may be eligible to participate.

The results of the study will be used to provide better support and education to cancer patients regarding complementary therapies.
